This policy explains how Elasc Nails handles information collected through elascnails.com and its appointment messaging program.

Information we collect

When you request an appointment, we collect the name, email address, phone number, selected service, appointment date and time, notes, and inspiration photos you choose to provide. We also record your messaging consent and information needed to manage booking requests and notification delivery. Website infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses to operate the site, prevent abuse, and protect bookings.

How we use information

We use this information to review and manage appointments, communicate booking updates, prepare requested nail services, provide support, and protect the website. Inspiration photos are provided for appointment planning; submitting them does not give permission to publish them for advertising.

Service providers and sharing

Authorized studio staff and service providers supporting website hosting, booking storage, photo storage, security, and message delivery may process information as needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use.

Appointment text messages

Text messaging is optional. If you opt in, Elasc Nails may send appointment request acknowledgments, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and cancellation notices when messaging is available. Message frequency varies with your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchasing a service.

Storage and your choices

We retain information as needed for appointment management, support, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
